My name is Christine Cox and I am a counsellor, hypno-psychotherapist and personal development tutor with nineteen years' experience, operating in Hastings, East Sussex (South East England).

I use a variety of approaches to suit individual clients and I deal with a great variety of problems involving anxiety, stress and emotional disturbance.
